These terms apply when a business buys a paid placement on Heat Pump Grant Check from Sequel AI Ltd (company number 16897137, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX). You are buying as a business, not as a consumer.
1. What you get
One featured listing on the listing page, clearly labelled “Featured (paid)”.
We decide where on the page the placement appears, and we may change the page layout.
2. What we don't do
We don't recommend, approve, endorse or vet you, and we don't promise any number of visitors, enquiries or sales. The label “Featured (paid)” always appears so that readers know the placement is paid.
3. Eligibility and your content
- You must hold current MCS certification and tell us at once if it lapses, is suspended or is withdrawn. We may check the MCS register.
- Your content must be accurate, lawful and follow the CAP Code. For heat pumps, that means no “free heat pump” claims, and any grant figure must be accompanied by “if you're eligible”. We may edit or refuse content that breaks these rules.
- You confirm you have the right to use any name, logo or text you send us, and you let us show it for as long as the placement runs.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout, per month in pounds sterling. No VAT is charged. Stripe takes payment in advance each month until you cancel.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by writing to sponsor@heatpumpgrantcheck.uk. The placement then runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and no further payments are taken. We don't refund part months, except where these terms say so or the law requires it.
6. When we can remove a placement
We can suspend or remove a placement at once if you no longer meet section 3, if your content breaks the law or the CAP Code, or if we get a credible complaint about you. If we remove it for a reason that isn't your fault, or close the site, we refund the unused part of the month.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Apart from that, we aren't liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months.
8. Changes
We may change these terms or the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
